Western blot analysis from lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Semaphorin 4G Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47786) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Semaphorin 4G at approximately 115 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
